Who has time to research and plan for a cruise? Perhaps your busy schedule has prevented you from planning that cruise vacation because there are so many parts involved. My services allow you to hand off the research and booking process to a professional who has cruise industry knowledge and connections, ensuring you receive the desired outcome and support throughout the process of planning, booking, during, and after your cruise. As a cruise consulting service, I operate on a fee-based model. Planning service fees must be paid before any trip research begins and are non-refundable.

Customized Cruise Planning: Starting at $300

Customized Cruise Planning and Consulting from $300. This includes a discovery call, an itinerary proposal with up to 3 itinerary change edits, trip details in a mobile app with trip chat, detailed travel documents, and client care support for pre-, during, and post-cruise. This fee applies to groups of 6 or fewer travelers per itinerary. Planning for international travel starts at $400.

Group Travel Planning: Starting at $600

Customized Cruise Group Cruise Planning starts from $600 per trip. This includes a discovery call, an itinerary proposal with up to 3 itinerary change edits, trip details in a mobile app with trip chat, travel documents, and client care support for pre-, during, and post-cruise. This fee applies to groups of 7 or more travelers per booking. Large groups of more than 11 travelers may incur additional fees. Planning for group international travel starts at $700. Please note that I do not plan destination weddings. 

Ocean and River Cruises: Starting at $175

I have access to some of the world’s most distinguished premium ocean, river, and expedition ships available with my preferred suppliers. Amenities may include VIP and specialty privileges that allow me to craft memorable and authentic cruise experiences for you.

• $ 175 when traveler specifies the ship and sail date for up to two cruise options
• $ 350 per trip if your request requires my research (including up to 3 cruises with a maximum length of 14 days) 
• $400 per trip if your request requires my research (including up to 3 cruises greater than 14 days. These would be for world cruises or any type of grand voyage. 
• Additional Concierge services begin at $175

Hotel Bookings Only: Starting at $75

Hotel Bookings from $75 per reservation and will include pre-travel confirmation and advocacy support. This may also include amenities, upgrades, and VIP access with my preferred partners.

Air Travel Support

Flight services include schedule monitoring, emergency assistance while traveling, and automated updates via mobile app. You may also book air travel on your own and we are happy to add this to your itinerary for tracking purposes. Booking on your own does not include emergency services.

International from $600 per trip booking groups of 7 or more persons

Important Note: If you wish to earn loyalty points or frequent flyer miles, you must provide me with any membership numbers at the time of booking.
