I start with a Discovery Call. During our initial 30-minute discovery call, we will discuss your cruise preferences. We will talk about the type of experience you are envisioning, all who will be accompanying you, essential features of the cruise and itinerary, and your overall vision for your cruise vacations. We look at pre-and post-cruise air and hotels, shore excursions, Internet packages, staterooms, beverage packages and even cruise tour packages. Here is where I get to know you and how you envision your cruise vacation. Additionally, we will review the fee structure, and I will explain the value and support provided by my services. I want you to know the personalized services and support that you will get from me. 

Creating Your Perfect Cruise Adventure

After paying the planning fee, we then collaborate to design your ideal trip. We select the destination, the cruise line, cruise ship, cabin, dining and Internet packages, and shore excursions. We can look at pre-and-post cruise packages which can include air, hotel, and cruise tours. We will have at least one hour-long call to review the proposal and gather final details. Final details may include passport information, dietary needs of all passengers, and any other support needed by all who are traveling with you. 

Putting Your Cruise Adventure Together

Once you review the proposal and after any changes have been made, we will meet for an hour to discuss your custom cruise itinerary. Once you have reviewed the itinerary and approved it and as soon as you're ready to go, you pay the deposit. I then book your cruise and all other packages and provide all confirmations, logistics, and support contacts in a written itinerary and via a mobile app. I will be available to answer any questions until departure day! I will also communicate with you any cruise itinerary changes that are communicated to me by the cruise lines as well as any flight or hotel changes. I will work with you to resolve any issues that may come up.
